"I had insurance on the reservation. It was made in error and I tried to cancel and couldn’t cancel either night. A 500 rip off. Don’t stay here they don’t keep their word."

"The property is old and not maintained. The front desk people didn’t know or care about anything, they were rude and not helpful. When we asked for towels was told when I have time I’ll try and find some! One of the worst, way overpriced hotels going!"

"Ease of access from/to the main highway and shopping areas. Views of lake & snowcapped mountains. Quiet. Morning sounds of birds. Well maintained gardens of eatables and local plants. Furniture and furnishings are right out of designer magazines, and all is coordinated and comfortable. No excess. No clutter. But lots of it and all fits together. "Martin was very helpful with arranging airport shuttle to and from. The room was clean and warm. For the price, location and the excellent staff this is a good option."

"It was a great location, we took advantage of the airport shuttle, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for a nice shower after a long day of travel. The only negative about our stay was how much noise we could hear through the walls. Our room was adjacent to a busy road and we could hear every car that went by and every conversation outside our room."
