"A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome.
Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) "Nice clean room, good shower and beds. It's such good value and basic which is all I needed as was at the BTCC at Donginton Park all day. Nice selection of beers in the bar and friendly staff. This is my second time using this hotel and will use again in the future."

"Great location and quiet room . The couple who own the property are both lovely and helpful. The room has all the amenities you could wish for , they have considered what a guest might want or need . You can park off street . The room was a little on the small side but adequate for one or two nights . The continental breakfast is adequate and the fresh coffee as very good . The property was full so the breakfast room was too and we felt a little bit close to other tables ."
