A choice of excellent restaurants and fast food places nearby within walking distance from the hotel. 15/20 mins drive from the airport. The staff are really helpful and try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were treated really well and even after we checked out they kept our luggage until we were ready to set off for the airport. Me and my husband stayed with my 8 year old, 5 year old and 8 month old baby. Would stay again and recommend to everyone. We had the deluxe suite it's very spacious and is ideal for families.
Beautiful hotel with outstanding facilities! Loved our room. And the staff would have done anything to please us -- and we were pleased! The Thai people/style are so friendly and we were very comfortable. Well located to Dubai Mall.
Ideally located, close to Emirates Towers metro station (short walk). 2 stops to Dubai Mall (Burj Khalifa).
Short taxi journey from airport (only cost about 22 Dirham (£4))
Modern hotel, nice pool. Good breakfast.

Myself and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff were fantastic. Couldn't do enough for you and always so polite. Smooth check in, breakfast buffet every morning and extremely polite staff. The location is spot on- 1 minute walk to the metro and 5 in a taxi to Dubai mall. My birthday also happened to fall during our stay there and they gave me a card and a birthday cake. Little touches that really make your holiday. The bed was so comfortable and soft, the room was well furnished and clean with plenty of storage and a safe. The pool area is lovely although it does get shady in the afternoon. Would defiantly stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely rooms with kitchenette
Nice balcony for the bay view rooms
Quick 5 minute walk to downtown Dubai but free from the hustle and bustle.
View not that great - you can see the bay but lot of construction on the other side. But this is the case with most of new Dubai.
The hotel is very new and most taxi drivers do not know where it exactly is. However, one you know your way around you know how to direct them.
They have all the regular appliances like hot water kettle, hair dryer and iron BUT no properly positioned power points. The only power point I could locate was by the night stand. That was a little weird to me.
They had a washing machine but no sample detergent. They should not be expecting guests staying for 3 days to carry detergent. Should consider providing at least one small sachet of detergent per visit for guests staying less than 7 days.
This hotel surpassed all my expectations. The buildings and rooms are finished to the highest standard, the rooms - even the smallest are huge and the staff service is superlative.
I cant recommend it enough and if your staying in Dubai, I think you deserve it to yourself to stay at this hotel.
Location in business bay is great. You can walk to the burj khalifa but the taxis are very cheap so the choice is yours. Other locations are taxiable or you can use the metro which again is walkable from the hotel. Dont forget to check out the iris bar on the top floor. Its open air with great night time views of the Burj Khalifa. Seemed to be where all the beautiful people in Dubai were hanging out. The resturant food is first class and the breakfast choice absolutely breathtaking. We stayed a week and it really made our holiday.
Arrived late evening after a long day travelling but reception staff were very efficient and welcoming. Requested an upper floor room with a view and that is exactly what I received. Although the room was small it had everything I needed and anyway I was out most of the time. The cleaner called Khyamaraj did an excellent job and cleaned every day. The hotel was only a couple of hundred metres from Sharaf DG metro station and the great rail system. Also within a short walk was The Mall of the Emirates which has every shop for everybody as well as many coffee shops and restaurants...I attempted to try them all...but may need another holiday ....Starbucks Paul's I-Hop and The Cheesecake Factory being my favourites. Unfortunately didn't have time to visit the in-house bar or restaurant.....but can highly recommend the rooftop pool and food and service there.Overall everything went very smoothly.Hope to be back early March!

we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. we were upgraded to a one bed room suite... and it was truly fantastic. the staff are great and try there best to make your stay as comfortable as they can. multiple options for dining in the hotel.... especially atrium was great. good gym and excellent view from the Jacuzzi.
Very nice hotel overall. Friendly staff, who gave me a free upgrade to a suite which was emaculate. The only downside to this hotel is the location (not walking distance to anything), but Taxis are readily available in front of the entrance, so wasn't much of an issue. Would definitely stay there again.
