Very good hotel in very good position with superb staff. Very helpful, they allowed us to check in at 7 a.m. after early flight arrival then allowed midday checkout at end of stay.

“Simply Superb”

Simply, a superb hotel made extra special by the attentive and friendly staff. Having emailed ahead, requesting an early check in, I informed them that it was our honeymoon. They upgraded our room to the TOWER, allowed an early check in (0700hrs) and gave us a lovely gift at night of a bottle of champagne and strawberries - how about that for "special treatment"? Having passed through Dubai on many occasions, this is certainly the best hotel I have stayed in. The facilities are great, staff superb and location outstanding. A definite 10 out of 10 hotel.

Fantastic hotel with just the right level of service you would expect for 5 stars. We were upgraded to a tower room which was very large and luxurious. Everything about our stay was 1st class.

No bad comments except for some building work on the main road going to the hotel, so can be difficult with traffic. Otherwise very comfortable and nice private beach.

I did my homework on this hotel and vicinity and hoped that it would live up to expectations. I have to say that the Hotel and the Staff exceeded our expectations by far. It was clear that this hotel had trained all staff to the highest of levels and they simply could not do enough for you. Every member from the beach to the Duty manager had a warm smile and greeting upon passing. A comment that it was my Birthday on Xmas Eve led to a Birthday cake on a silver tray in our room. The rooms where beautiful. We were quite blown away with this hotel. To be in such lovely surroundings, well shielded from the construction in the town, we did truly feel that it was a taste of Paradise. Every guest in this hotel was treated as a VIP.

“Location!”

Excelent Location. Beach Front and close to the Marina (where you can find Bars, Restaurants etc). Well Kept. Good pool and pool area. Drinks and food a bit expensive. Better eat at the restaurants at the marina (500 meters behind the hotel). Large Room and nice bathroom. Walking distante to the metro (maybe 800 meters), if its not too hot. Would stay there again. We rented a car to go to Abu Dhabi at the concierge.The hotel is 7 to10 years old.
