Rooms are very dark and dated. No alcohol was being served in the restaurants before 9pm indoors which I believe was for Ramadan which is understandable but would have liked to have been informed before. Food wasn't great. Impossible to get sunbeds after 9am by the pool, 10am on the beach.

The outdoor pool and the beach views were spectacular, words can't describe. Excellent customer services and superior staffs. 1 of the disadvantage is the inner pool which husband and wife cannot be together, also under 16 is not allowed.

Staff wonderful, knew us by name Appearance wonderful, smell gorgeous Facilities excellent Food very good Some annoyances e.g. supplement for other Jumeirah restaurants, Zenzi half board menu limited, staff 'hanging about' for payment if guests joined us, was served meat when I am vegetarian, didn't receive 'jumeirah one' points due to booking via expedia

This hotel is little bit outdated( I guess it needs remodeling. It was pretty freezing inside and very dark room. Food is so so. Nice lobby, nice staff.

This property has to be one of the best in the Palm. It is an amazing place to stay. From our check in to our departure we really enjoyed the professional and hospitality of the staff. The property is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast sections were numerous. We also went to the Spa and the treatment was superb. There is nothing negative I can say about this property. I give it a 10 out of 10, you will not be disappointed if you stay at this property.

We stayed in February 2024 as a family of 4 including our 11 month old baby and we had an amazing time. The hotel facilities are outstanding but I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the management and staff for an amazing service that we received. This has been the best holiday we've had as a family. We loved everything but the hotel's main strength is the people working here. You're all stars making this a world class hotel. Thank you all.

An amazing, luxurious experience made all the more special by attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention to Wael on reception who took it upon himself to upgrade our room to one with a better view when we checked in and Deergha at Sultan’s Delights who always looked after us.

On entry the hotel was impressive as was the welcome. The room met expectations and the staff were all very accommodating. My gripe with this stay is one I’ve never experienced and wouldn’t expect from any hotel irregardless of its star rating or situ. I reported not having hot water on day 2 of the trip. This was not remedied even by day 4. I was moved to another room to use the shower facilities and this room also did not have hot water which evidenced a wider issue. I was offered a gesture of goodwill amounting to 1 night stay which wasn’t sufficient hence my review. I hope the hotel addresses this issue as the rest of the stay was to a high standard.
