"As a historically important hotel, it is well-maintained, and I liked that the lobby and building's appearance which differentiated it from hotels in other areas, gave a very unique experience. However, it seemed that some training for the staff was necessary. I think the employee's attitude of not even looking at the customer's face when asking something at the front desk was not in line with the dignity of this hotel."

"Staff was very helpful, kind, and well attentive. The hotel was beautiful, I loved seeing the local art on all the floors, even available to purchase if you desire. The amenities were wonderful after a long day of driving. Lots of shopping, coffee and food within walking distance. Wished we could have stayed longer."

"Free breakfast was good. Upon checking in the parking area is very small and compact, our truck was hard to park. We walked into our room and had the end of the bed at our feet. Room was very very small. This is not a resort, its a hotel. The front door is to the outside. Made sure to double lock the door. We instantly asked to pay extra for a better room, they said they didn't have any. We asked for our money back, that this room is not what we expected. They denied the reimbursement.

"Hotel St Francis is one of the reasons my trip to Santa Fe was unforgettable! The staff was welcoming, and they recommended several places to eat and activities/places to visit.
The property was absolutely charming and set the Santa Fe “vibe. “
My room was clean and well equipped, and the lobby and porch areas were immaculately clean as well.
The location was perfect for the downtown/plaza area.
