"Only one luggage cart which is a pain. Room given was not what was booked, but they made up for it by offering an additional room to accommodate our party at a reduced rate and we made it work. The friendly staff and convenient location more than made up for it!"

"I booked through Expedia with no problems, and the check-in staff was great! The food at the bistro was sub-par I do not recommend. The bad part was, as a woman traveling alone someone knocked on my door early on check out day and then got the keys out to open my door I quickly tried to open it and they walked away. I cannot recommend for safety reasons."
