"The room was always cleaned and beds made every day when we came back to our room. The restaurant was great in the morning with the breakfast bar or continental breakfast not so much if ordering in the evening. They needed a few more options. Also a lot of the staff couldn’t understand English or speak it very well. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again."

"The ac in our room didn’t work correctly the last night we were there! When booking the room the pictures are very deceiving. I thought I booked a room with an area with bunk beds for the kids! The room I got definitely wasn’t was shown! A few more families said the same thing! Kids have unlimited access to the pools and water parks but besides that everything is very costly! Kids enjoyed it, so did i! The slides and pool made it okay!"

"This was a very nice hotel, the amenities were great.It was very safe.You use your card to get in the elevator it's a safe establishment. It was clean and very friendly.The staff were very helpful. The pool was lovely. There's also a gym, with all up to date equipment. The location was great.Just a walk away from broadway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Had medical emergency and refused to help me with transferring reservation to someone else or offering any sort of refund or credit. Refused to let me speak to a manager after requesting one multiple times. Said they would honor whatever Expedia agreed to and when Expedia called, they refused to do what they said they would do. I have this in writing! I’ve never dealt with some incompetent and I compassionate people on my life. I’ll...

"The property was an okay cheaper option close to Broadway. We Ubered each day and it was around $10 each trip to downtown. By far my biggest complaint is that you have to pay to park your car on the property even though you’re staying there. We had to pay $10 for every day we stayed which was pretty ridiculous. The pool also wasn’t open which stunk. Wouldn’t have had many complaints without the parking situation."
