"Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"Nice hotel fairly close to Madrid airport. Good size room and good AC. Free shuttle to airport only goes at the top of the hour though and max 20 people. Shuttle makes multiple stops at bus and various terminals so can take more time than a taxi. Forgot to report this at checkout - an odd thing happened around midnight. The room light by the entry door went on for a couple minutes and woke me up. At 1st thought maybe someone in room, but no one there thankfully and it went off."

"We enjoyed our stay at El Avenida Palace. The hotel’s location and staff were wonderful. The singer in their bar on Friday night (June 6) was phenomenal. We will make sure to stay at El Avenida Palace in the future."

"Such a nice hotel in a great location. The grounds of the hotel and area by the sea are lovely and unique. Great transport links to Palma, super friendly staff and the food was great!! Seafood every night, fab selection of salads and desserts definitely worth paying for half board even if you only eat at the hotel once or twice."

"Front desk staff was not a pleasant experience. The TV didn’t work the first night and the rest of the nights had the incorrect name on it. I loved our room and the rooftop. The restaurant was more than half empty and they wouldn’t seat us because they said they had reservations. The bar seats should be reserved for walk in hotel guests at least. The food was really good that we tried for room service."

"La ubicación es buena , lo único malo es que te cobran por resguardarte el equipaje y es lento el servicio por que lo tienes que hacer virtualmente y es tardado. Es el Único detalle de ahí en más todo excelente"

"I had a fantastic stay here. It is in a great location on La Rambla and is in very good walking distance from everywhere you would want to go. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice to have. They have lockers to store your stuff if you need and they even let me get into my room early! Lots of construction and people outside which is a little annoying but a solid vibe. Really enjoyed the location."
