Excellent Value for us - we received a 40% discount on Expedia. The hotel is in the best location, rooms are very nice, Excellent gym, sauna and weight room. Buffet Breakfast was top notch. Wired internet was nice. Overall, I would stay here again out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Buenos Aires. Would want to get a discount, but still good value without.

Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. Lives up to its reputation as a luxurious 4 star boutique hotel. It's reputation would be further enchanced by providing complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and a welcome drink.

The hotel is very nice and has an excellent location. Just 2 blocks to the obelisk and 1 block to avenida de Mayo.

Expensive but worth it, bur then where is'nt in Rio.

Staff of the Hotel were very helpful. They all speak English which make it very easy in order to obtain information. The restaurant located on the 30th floor of the Hotel served us with an excellent meal. Room was clean and spacious, comparable to room you would get in Canada or the US. Breakfast was included and you had a variety of cold meat and hot meal like scramble eggs. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Rio.

We loved this hotel. It's location was excellent. It was close to the beach, the beach bars, local buses, Rio's sights, live music, downtown and shopping. It was right in the centre of Copacabana and all the action was right in front of you. The hotel staff were welcoming and extremely helpful - especially the front reception and in particular - Leo. We had an oceanfront room and it had a window that opened in order to hear the surf. The rooftop bar was quaint and overlooked all of Copacabana. It had a really good breakfast and the service was excellent. We only spoke English and many staff could also speak English and for those that didn't speak English they found you a staff member who could. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our choice of hotels and would certainly book this hotel again.

This was a fabulous hotel for the money. The room was nice, as were the restaurant and pool area. The staff was courteous -- the guy who checked me out even let me check out at 2 instead of 12 because I had a late flight. The only things to know are that the restaurant is expensive and the airport shuttle does not arrive every half hour. I was very pleased with the service and accommodations.

Coming back to this hotel for business the 2nd time. Very good hotel, art deco decorated, excellent service and location. Will always prefer it in Sao Paulo. I usually not dissapointed from the Accor hotels network and Novotel is in the upper level of this net.
