Russia Hotels

Given that rooms in Moscow Hotels generally looked on the small side I opted for a Junior Suite. This had a really good sized bedroom and nice living area with couch, armchair bathroom and 2nd toilet. Have to say the bed was probably the comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in ! It was in high 20's during our trip but great aircon throughout suite kept very comfortable. Good position , 10 mins walk to old Arbat area for restaurants , 5 mins in opposite diection towards river for river cruise or modern shopping centre. Metro 5 mins away.Small supermarket right outside for water , milk etc ( tea/ coffee is provided but not milk for some reason !) Had drinks in nice bar area each night , lady behind bar didn't smile once but service was efficient , prices similar to London Hotels. I found the desk staff helpful and on day 1 when contacting housekeeping for 2 nd pillow , maid arrived within about 2 minutes ! Would recommend if visiting Moscow

The hotel is very comfortable and located to 10-15 minutes walk from Red Square. It has two metro stations close, although the first time was not so easy to find your way once out of the metro because of some road works going on. Breakfast included is very good and also is their restaurant. Swimming pool and sauna after a long day walking or standing were excellent.

Incredable service from start to finish, made to feel extremely welcome. Room was spotlessly clean and well maintained, i would recomend this hotel to everyone!!

Convenient for walking to all sites. Great staff, wonderful and reasonable tours! Excellent room and Wifi!

This hotel was very helpful to visitors who do not speak Russian and their concierge services are absolutely wonderful. They arranged, by email, my transportation from the dock where my river cruise ended, transportation to and from a dinner engagement in a location some distance away as well as a ride to the airport for my departing flight. The concierge confirmed my flight and printed my boarding pass. This is a terrific advantage for anyone from abroad. The location was good, perhaps not as close to some of the major sites as one might like but St. Petersburg is a walker's delight and I would say the same about this hotel. They have a very good restaurant and coffee bar, free wifi and wonderful health spa and swimming pool. It is a great place to stay and in a great city!

Had a fantastic stay! Most of the staff were really friendly and very helpful. Everything was reasonably priced and the staff helped with visa invitation/registration. They were also very helpful by email before my stay. I was able to borrow a hairdryer. The breakfast was lovely and the seating room really enjoyable to sit in and have drinks. Thank you so much! :)

Very clean and cozy place, nice staff, picturesque views from the room, very close to the center. Safe and wonderful! Very reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the comfort!
