"I had an overall nice stay. The staff was amazing, very attentive, and warm. However, the upkeep of the hotel was a little off. It is not the cheapest resort so I definitely think they could maintain the place a little better. Some parts of the pool floor were breaking which caused my sister to get a cut on her foot. There was a black substances all around the pool on the last day of our stay there which was staining everyone's swim suits and even our skin, not even scrubbing in the shower...

"Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious.
