"The room was clean, I found the bed to be uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean. There was no hair dryer and I could not reach anyone to bring me one. There was no Housekeeping or Main Desk button on the phone. The inside of the elevator doors were so dirty! The property has really gone down since it opened 21 years ago. It needs a major makeover!"

"When I first arrived, the first room we were sent to was dirty and smelled extremely bad. There was black mold in the shower. The second room they sent us to was locked from the inside. The third room, the bathroom leaked and the shower didn’t work too well. I will be requesting a partial or full refund. This was a trip for my birthday and it wasn’t great. The pool wasn’t open after saying it was when I called."

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice and very large with a great view of the pool. The pool was fun and the bartenders at the pool were awesome. We ate at SaltGrass and Landry's and both meals were so good - and the staff at both restaurants were great. I would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent stay!! Close to everything!! Building smelled and looked beautiful. Loved our room. Live jazz in the ounce on Friday. We had the pool to ourselves for an hour in the evening. Staff was extremely friendly, Virginia at the desk was awesome, very personable and had our room ready early. Breakfast was great to start the day off. Loved everything!"

"We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and I especially appreciated the hotel accommodating our early check-in request since we booked the day before arrival. That made a huge difference for us after traveling. The food was also very good. My only complaint was that the kitchen ended up closing earlier than the time we had been told earlier in the day, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, the experience was excellent and we enjoyed our stay."

"This property is Super Clean, Great Location. Staff is extremely nice especially the valet “fellas” Perfect location to have an amazing stay, great continental breakfast and a quick shuttle to the Cruise Port. We’ve this Hampton Inn numerous times it never Disappoints ‼️"
