"I stayed at the Versailles and overall had a great experience. The staff were helpful and the property itself is beautiful. My room on the ninth floor had an amazing view of the water, with beautiful homes and yachts nearby. The only downside was that Club LIV is located in the hotel. I stayed during a Sexyy Red concert, and when the event ended around 4:00 AM, the lobby was packed with drunk partygoers. It felt uncomfortable walking through the crowd to get to my Uber. "Housekeeping barely came around and when they did it was at 7am when were all sleeping. Had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed towels and toilet paper. Their card readers didn’t work at all so they had to type in peoples card numbers each time. Not safe! Couldn’t buy anything from downstairs after 10pm, parking sucked drain was clogged so bad in the bathroom water wouldn’t go down. Pillows were nasty and outdated. Go buy $4 pillows at Walmart. "Beautiful resort with large rooms and great amenities such as swimming pools, pickle ball courts. A lot of people fishing in the lake and a pretty good golf course adjacent to the resort. Definitely a place I would return to."

"When we arrived, we were put in a different room than what I paid for. I spent 1200 for 3 nights and the front desk person put us in a room that was more like a closet. After a few hours, I went to complain and they put us in the right room. Then the next day we get a call that our bands had to be rekeyed because the original person only did it for one night. This was the first time staying here and with all of the inconveniences, not sure if we will be back. Upon checking out someone else...
