"It was conveniently located next to family giving us extra time to spend with them. The rooms are extremely clean and breakfast are standard breakfast. Persons at the check-in desk are extremely proficient"

"They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine."

"The air conditioner in the room sounded like the furnace in the movie Home Alone. The refrigerator squealed. The shower did not drain at all. And flooded the bathroom. That would explain the nasty and moldy mildew smell the room had. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. and we're told check-in was not until 3:00 and we would have to wait 10 minutes or pay $10 to check in early. About time of day there was nobody in the lobby and nobody in the parking lot the building was pretty empty. Thought that was sort...

"I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express multiple times and other locations. This one was the least enjoyable the room was not cleaned between days of my stay one of those days was my fault as I left the do not disturb sign on the door by accident but the other days I expected the room to get cleaned and it didn't the room had obvious signs of excessive wear and it appeared the bathroom had been flooded at an earlier time as you could see a watermark on the door in the bathroom"

"The man at the front desk was rude when we checked in. The bathroom by the pool at mold in the soap dispenser. The sprinkler systems were molded and rusted. It was dirty, dingy, with a foul smell! A door knob was held on by painters tape."

"Pulled into my room about 12a as we went to a concert..got to check in where I clearly called and chose a room with a bathtub for my child. Arrive and no bathtub and they refused to refund my money..ended up driving all night and checked in another hotel at 3a. Never again."

"We found bed bugs in our bed! They moved us to another room but we still felt uncomfortable staying there and left early. We were told they have a bug exterminator come once a month, but I have my doubts. When it comes to maintenance, I think they are just cheap. The door in the bathroom was replaced, and it was easy to tell it was not done be a professional. They seem understaffed and trying to get by on the cheap. But the bed bugs were the real reason we would never stay there...
