“Perfect for being close to airport”

I would stay here again. Not the most up to date but good for being close to the airport. The staff are great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

staff, especialy Steve,were very courteous , helpful. parking car during 9 day vacation, much more convenient than airport parking, much easier finding car. I especially appreciated the in-room cofee maker..my only negative is that I had to be at the airport before breakfast available

The staff and personel were the best part. Anytime a business goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay and are comfortable is what separates good hotels from a time worthy place to stay. Even though there was not much in the immediate area, the unbeatable price made the whole 15 minute drive to downtown dayton worth it.

“Great motel for fast airport departures.”

This is a spartan motel right next to the Dayton Airport. It is in an industrial neighborhood with few restaurants. That being said, the service is excellent---the staff gets you checked in and gets you to the airport and back pronto, with a single call (the motel is 5-10 minutes fromt he airport). I got into a jam at check-in and had to have the shuttle whiz back for me and they did it fast and without complaint and solved what could have been a difficult problem. I parked my car and left it for 5 days---from what I can tell the motel site is quite secure (although not fenced and locked). Very good value.

“Convenient if...”

The hotel is well located and the closest to Dayton's airport. It is a good deal for the money and the location. The staff was very kind and friendly.The infrastructure is just old, so despite the hotel was clean, it appears to be dirty. The heater has no humidifier, so we were coughing all night. The TV control didn't work. We stayed there to avoid driving at midnight in a snow storm. For that purpose, it worked. If you need cheap, one night stay at DAY airport, it is a good choice.

The place was old but maintained. Useable for one overnight stay. Transport to airport at wee hour in the morning was great.

The hotel was quite old but clean. Not much was setup for breakfast. Great location to the airport.

If it's a brief overnight and inexpensive stay that you want, very close to Dayton airport, this is the place for you. The focus of their business seems to be more their airport parking biz at cut rates rather than the hotel business.
