"Shana by the beach is an amazing boutique resort. Immersed in the rain forest with amazing views including the ocean. We were on a ladies trip and it was perfect. "We loved everything. The staff was just AMAZING. The only reason why I wouldn’t give it the full 5 stars is because the pool was way too warm. And it was extremely hot out. Pools should be refreshing and cooler, and we felt like we were at a hot springs. Other than that, everything was great."
