called a day earlier before my check-in to ensure that i dont hv to change room (made two separate bookings). everything was arranged as i wanted it to be.
checked-in about 9pm on Saturday and was given a room at level 12 but the card was not working (or the door was stuck, cannot be opened). i was asked to go down to get the problem solved, which i was wayyy NOT very happy about because i was tired after 4 hours driving from Kuantan.
it seemed to me that the bedsheet and towel were not washed properly. i'd expect them to be really, really clean & white the way hotel towel bedsheet should be. but the again...i cant get mine really white at home, so they are forgiven.
other than that, i was all happy.
