I honestly wish i had good things to say. But thdidnt stay at place was so bad. My family and i did not stay there. I got a refund. One room was so invested with fleas. And the other room was just as bad. Mold on the sheets. The ceiling was leaking. water all over the bed. Nasty dirty floor. My opinion i would shut them down.

Something had been spilled in the freezer in the refrigerator that had not been cleaned. Also, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarette was very strong when we first arrived in the room. And the key cards from the prior guests were still in the room when we got in there.

I did like that they didn't have any extra charges when I got there. But the handle didn't turn to turn the shower on. And the room needs alot of updating.

While the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was filthy. Within 10 minutes our socks were completely black from the floor. The baseboards and corners of the room were disgustingly dirty. Our sheets and blanket had cigarettes burn holes and stains. Exact reason we bring our own. The bathroom, even though missing a light cover, was clean. Thankfully we were only there to shower and sleep while there for a concert in Cincinnati, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. But, I won’t be returning to another econolodge.

Travelocity messed up our reservation. Staff refused to help saying we had to contact Travelocity, which we attempted. Staff was rude and yelled at us. There were no cars in lot but unmarked police car. Lot dirty. We left and stayed at another hotel. Never got our money back from this hotel that we did not stay at.

It served its purpose
A convenient two-night stay just up the road from the wedding event I participated in so I wouldn't have to go all the way home and come back the next day. The key card didn't work for the initial room I was given, so I received another room nearby and was able to access it. The room was okay, kind of old, but not bad enough to where I felt totally disgusted and wanted to find somewhere else to go. Non-smokers may get irritated by the smell of cigarettes seeping thru their front door. The linen and towels were clean so that was a plus. Overall, wasn't looking for anything too fancy. The room served its purpose as a place I could rest my head instead of having to waste gas between home and the event location.

Nonsmoking room smelled like an ashtray. Asked the front desk about it and she said it’s because the smoking rooms are directly behind the nonsmoking so the smell travels. Blankets were full of other peoples hair. Glad I was only staying for a few hours.

Upon check in we were greeted by a very kind lady. Smooth check in! We got to our room and when we walked in-there was an air freshener hanging from the heater, with used pop cops. There was dirt all over the floor. The refrigerator had spilled beverages all in the inside. There were poop skid marks in the toilet. There was one bath towel hanging on the bathroom door that was very obviously used and dirty. The shower and bathroom floor had pubic hair scattered all over. I took pictures. I tried calling the main office and the phone did not work. We very quickly gathered our things and checked out. It was appalling, disgusting, and definitely an awful experience. The smell is etched in my memory. Not a good experience! The only positive thing I can say is the lady who checked us in and out was very kind. The rest of the experience was disgusting.

Overall the place was clean and nice for the money. It was quiet and peaceful. There is an issue and it was a big one. Around 5.a.m. I woke up to my skin burning. Half asleep i went to the bathroom turned on the light and looked at the side of my that was in contact of the bed. I had bumps and around it was burning. I still did not understend what was going on. I thought i was allergic to somthing i turned on the nightstand light to look at the sheets and when i did i seen the problem. It was a bug. I smashed it and seen the red coming out from the bites. So now im in a frantic. I didn't know what to do as its 5:20a.m. So i stip everything on the bed and looked and see if i was sleeping in an infestation. I looked though everything in the bed and could not find more of the issue. Overall the place was nice and well kept. I did not see more sighs of the issue in the bed. I took all my bags and possesions and put them off the ground and just got my day going.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Ok for a quick stay
It was fine for a quick overnight stay. It was old, but clean. Water pressure was great. Mattress ok...a little stiff but slept ok. Breakfast was juice or coffee and packaged Hostess donuts. Noisy neighbors.

Honestly our stay was pretty sketchy. We arrived after dark. They only had a smoking room available. The lady at the counter was friendly but couldn’t refund our room since we booked with Expedia so we had to stay the night. There was a party going on downstairs from our room outside and they played loud music and were yelling until about 4am. It didn’t feel particularly safe or clean. I would pass on staying here… I would recommend you spend the night at the Waffle House across the street father than wasting your money on this place.
