Hotel Best Western di Costa Mesa

"The photos are very dated and misleading. This property is being used as long term rentals and has residents. There are pets, smells of cooking, and residents who find it funny to put peanut butter on door handles. I'd urge management to view cameras, but I'd doubt they're operational. Our bathroom door was so rotten and water logged it wouldn't shut. The bath itself was moldy with little hot water or pressure, the shampoos that weren't attached to the walls but sitting in the corners smelled...

The regular beds aren't quite as bad, but the mattresses are extremely soft; if you roll toward the edge, you'll end up on the floor."
