The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was awesome with good hot-based items. The location is very close to the city center with provided on-site parking.

Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great location - we could walk or take bus very easily. Not very warm water in the shower, but we survived. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Comforting cosy stay
Booked a last minute stay as a solo traveller. The accommodation is fab very homely, great location, the breakfast was unbelievable! Would recommend

It is very conveniently situated whether you want to travel to the city and westwards or eastwards to Cobh etc. It is a lovely quiet property wity ample offroad parking in the front garden. Beautiful garden at the back with tables and chairs inviting you to sit and relax and enjoy the garden. Staff are very courteous and engaging. Altogether a truly enjoyable stay.

One night business trip. just outside Cork city so easy access to road to Little Island. Bus stop just outside the hotel for 5 minute trip into cork.

Worth a trip
Lovely helpful staff. Room 11 was extremely clean but a little dated. Nice touches such as bottles of shampoo and kitkat. Breakfast room was gorgeous with antique feel. Food was 10 out of 10

We had a problem with out hot water and the staff was there immediately. We loved the view from our window and the outdoor gazebo. Morning breakfast was very good too.

Great stay
Brilliant location, 7 min drive to city centre, bus stop right outside the door. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was quiet, large, airy and spotless. Breakfast was simply delicious. I'll definitely be back.

The only less than perfect thing was that the bathroom floor was not clean. When we arrived there was only one towel for two guests. We were supplied with another, but we should not have had to ask.

Clean B&B.
Firstly this is not a hotel with restaurant as stated, it is a B&B. Nice and clean although a friendlier welcome would have been appreciated and a lift or an offer of help to my third floor room with my bags would have been nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable but could do with some updating and the shower was terrible. Breakfast was amazing, lovely continental selection followed by scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. I think £130 for one person is a bit steep.

Too far out of city centre to walk but the property itself is excellent. Good meal in hotel virtually next door.
