Bed bugs!! They moved us to a different room but only for 2 nights and then moved us again to a different room. There was no refund given. Water pressure was also not ideal. I would also clean up and close up your suitcase each day. I’ve traveled a lot and I try to stay optimistic so this place was okay for a few nights, not an extended stay.

The hotel is right next to Copenhagen's Central train station, which means getting around on the metro is very easy. Nice hotel and reasonably priced.

Football Away Day. - perfect location and costs.
Booked this for a few nights on a football away trip so all we needed was a bed and a shower, provided both and was well priced so no complaints. There was a safe in the room and the usual fresh towels and is 100% perfect if you want the town and the central station as it’s very close by.

If you like to take the public transportation to visit the city and the suburbs, this hotel is the perfect place to stay. The metro system and the train station is just outside the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located across from the Central Train Station in Copenhagen and very close to Tivoli. The breakfasts were terrific, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and the beds are not the most comfortable, but, all in all, I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

I didn't believe that the bed bug problem could be as bad as some reviews reported but it must be. I have dozens of bites but my partner has none. Wear long sleeve PJs. Location next to the train station and several Asian restaurants make the area OK but a little noisy at night..

Close to the railway station and walking distance to the city centre. Trains to and from the airport are every half hour. The only issue I had was the street noise during the night, especially at the weekend.

Main entrance is too tiny without ramps to roll up luggage, pillows need to change to new ones as the smell is getting musty.

Bad - With shared bathroom it makes it difficult to get there in the morning because of the crowd. No kettle or coffee maker in the room and no safe. Good - staff onsite 24/7. Convenient location near transit center. Sink in the room.

I had an economy single room. It had all I needed to spend a night. It was clean, as well as the dining room. The breakfast was very good. I loved the location close to everything. Staff is very attentive. I didn’t like that the shared douche seemed to have mold.

We stayed for one night after a cruise. I liked that they advertised that they are close to a train station, but you have to walk through a tunnel and up and down stairs to get there. I wanted to stay away later, but didn't want to walk through the tunnel at night. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are small, but cute. Everything was very clean.

Proximity to train station
Very basic amenities, with no tea or coffee in the room. Though the room small, it was clean and the bed comfortable. It was worth staying as it was a very short work to Central Train station.

It is very old building which is conveniently located close to central station. They have tried to make it look better but it is like an old dorm. Reasonable facilities and ok breakfast. Staff was helpful. I guess it is good for the price you pay in Coppenhagen, which is very expensive city.

You can’t find better location if you want to be in Copenhagen, the hotel is next to Central station and Tívoli, tons of restaurants around and a 7 eleven just in the corner. I travel with family of 4, the room with a very spacious room and a private bathroom. One Foldable bed not comfortable form my daughter but easy to place the mattress on the carpet and problem Fix the other 2 beds were very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, we arrive before checking and no question ask the key was given to us. We appreciate it very much. We spend 3 nights and every thing was perfect, our room was cleaned every day with change of bedding and towels. We highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in the heart of Copenhagen and have access to the best of the city. Thank you hotel Nebo

Very accessible from Copenhagen Central Station, just around the corner in fact. Nothing is free here, not even a mediocre cup of coffee (which maybe should not be surprising in Copenhagen), but staff was nice and helpful, facilities were fine. Bathrooms are for the most part detached from the rooms, but I did have a sink in the room which made things easier.

Great location a few steps from the main rail station. Safe premises with 24 hour front desk. Rooms are no frills - plain and simple - but cost was high. Such is the lodging market in Copenhagen.

Great location, very decent breakfast. However, I noticed bed bugs in my room (when I got bitten) on the first night. They managed to change my room, but I was nervous I could find more as the new room was almost next door... Maybe carpets in each room is not the best to get rid of those creatures... I am not sure I would advice to go there for this reason.
