Property is near toyota pavilion if your headed to the venue. Many restaurants and shop in walking distance. Room wise, it was ok. Walls are not so yun d proof and can hear your neighbor especially if they are loud.

It was OK
Nothing special. Clean, comfortable. A bit over priced compared to other similar 2 or 3 star hotels in bay area. Does have breakfast, but nothing to boast about. Close to Concord pavilion. 1.5 miles uphill, but easy to walk. Minus would be the wifi. Tried to watch movie on my ipad, but had to quit after wifi went down several times. Assuming that wifi works better when fewer people are trying to use it. Worked much better the next morning.

Days Inn, Concord, California......NEVER AGAIN!!
The man that checked us in was rude and very unprofessional. The shower curtain was broken so water went everywhere, we had to put towels all over the floor to soak up the water. The breakfast in the lobby was horrible, with cold eggs, cold tough sausage, stale bread and croissants, coffee was just barely warm and very muddy. We went to leave, and the same rude man asked where my hotel key card was, when I said we left it on the dresser with a tip, he responded by rolling his eyes. He never said thank you, have a nice day, NOTHING! Never again.

$100 security deposit was not refunded back to credit card. We misplaced room key. Checkout clerk said they would look for key in room and deduct $10 for lost room key if it wasn’t found. That would be reasonable, but nothing was refunded. The toilet didn’t flush when we tried it the first time. I went to office and reported it and they were able to get it working. That shouldn’t have caused them to keep the entire security deposit. We didn’t do anything to break the toilet and we didn’t damage anything else or break any rules.

The room smelled, the bathroom smelled worse. There were stains all over the towels and the sheets. The parking lot is very small and poorly laid out. The only positive was the staff was pleasant.

There was no hot tub at this location as advertised! The room was dirty and still had the toiletries from the last guest including used soap. After complaining the staff removed the wrappers from the tub and said "It's fine." Homeless guy going door to door, garbage in the hallways that was never cleaned up. No battery in the smoke detectors and most of the electrical outlets did not work. I don't usually complain but for what I paid this is unaaceptable. Do NOT recommend!

There is a fully functional hot tub on the property.THere are no homeless people roaming around.all the smoke detectors have batteries and are working.

I was given a room that smelled like an old folks home, being super tired I didn’t even complain but it was not until 2am some weird beeping noises were going off. I called the office to complain and they said they would look into it. After another 30mins I called back, only for the desk guy to say it’s a problem he can’t fix. Around 245a I eventually got another room which was way more cleaner than the original which made think was my room even clean!

Our room was clean for the most part. If your a light sleeper you will need something to drown out the noises around. Walls are very thin. Owner was a little pushy. Breakfast was decent. Blinds were broken to where someone could seen in if they really wanted to peek in, sink was clogged,and bathroom stunk like cigarettes 😢 Area seemed safe, so we didn’t worry about ourselves or vehicles.

Checking in was easy and friendly. The room had white bedspreads that you could see stains on and the sheets werent too much better. The toilet made a loud sound every time you flushed it. The breakfast was saved by the waffle machine and prepackaged yogurt because the eggs were gross and the sausage covered in grease.

We arrived around 1:30pm to try to check in.. the gentleman at the front desk wanted to charge us $35 to check in an hour and a half early.. the lady at the desk with him didn’t want to charge us so he changed his mind and didn’t charge.. as a courtesy.. :( Nice room and convenient parking.. plus very close to the Concord Pavillion.. I was there to take my daughters to a concert
