"The staff was great. Breakfast was on time and refilled promptly. the location was near the event even though the location of the event was changed. prepackaged simple meals and snacks were for sale at the desk. We added onto our stay but required a room change and staff was able to assist in holding our belongings until we returned from our day. weather was beautiful also."

"My husband and I stayed at Glen Eyrie for our anniversary in June 2026. We had such a wonderful experience we plan on going back every year. Everyone there is so welcoming and knowledgeable about the history it made our experience even better. The room was perfect and the breakfast every morning was exceptional and different from the day before."

"We have stayed at this location before and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately was not has happy this time. Rooms were updated and clean.Our rooms didn’t have enough towels,bedding and refrigerator was not on when we checked it.It took more than 4 hours to get the stuff we needed from housekeeping. Breakfast was terrible we didn’t even bother going down for breakfast after the first day. They were doing construction outside the rooms at 8:00 in the morning on Saturday this should have happened later.There were also problems with the elevator this has been a problem in the past also you would think that it would be resolved by now.We had to paid for parking which I believe was hotels.com issue because they advertised free parking they need to update there listing.Although the hotel should have waived the parking.Hopefully the hotel resolves these issues for future guests."

"This is NOT a hotel. It is a motel (room doors open to the outside). The property is dated and not well maintained. Stairs and walkways were dirty and not very well lit. We didn’t feel safe. Our room was dirty and smelled like smoke. Sheets and pillows piled in the floor looked like the housekeeper had quit in the middle of cleaning. Fortunately, the manager quickly agreed to cancel our reservation, though."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Maybe I'm being a little over the top. I will never stay here again. The check in went ok. I could tell that the grounds where not properly maintained. There was overgrowth everywhere. When I got to the hallway, it was poorly lit. Every light fixture had 1 bulb in it. A bit creepy, but that was ok. The key didn't work consistently. It took 5 to 6 tries to get in the rooms. I had 2 rooms. Each room had many maintenance issues. Like a cracked sink, damaged carpet, light bulbs that were out, knife holes in the walls, broken drawers on the desks and dressers, gaps in the door frames, air conditioners that were not stored right, scuff marks on the walls from to to bottom, light fixtures that were replaced with smaller fixtures and still showing the outline of the page one, the ceiling in both bathrooms was sagging. None of the aminoties were actually available. The pool was empty and the pool area had been overgrown for a long time. All of the vending machines didn't work. The only working ice maker was on the second floor. All the security cameras either had exposed wires or electrical tape on the connectors. The restraunt was empty and looked as though it was never open. The stucco was falling off the walls inside and outside. The morning clerk was short spoken and came off as grumpy. The female night clerk didn't seem to care about the place at all. There was a breakfast area in the lobby where nothing worked. TVs had 5 channels, no cable, 4 in Spanish. Pics."
