"ac struggled throughout the night, had to manually dump dehumidifer water once a day or so. pool swimming stops at 9pm. hot tub was a bit confusing with no instructions. surprisingly very little soap provided and quality of soap was poor. staff was great and helpful, great location, room was generally great. i thought we'd have a balcony but we did not so double check that with hotel if that's important to you. oh last, pool is nice but on a busy street with lots of noise which was a bit...

"Our stay was amazing. This resort is gorgeous, good value for the money spent and great location. Valet parking was easy with an app and our car was ready every time we requested it with no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless! Our only issue was there appeared to be some construction type work on the floor above us. There was loud banging the day we checked in and also about 630am the next morning.
