"The internet speed at this property was abysmal. I rarely got more than 5 mbps which is entirely unsatisfactory, especially if you are a business traveler who needs to stay in touch with coworkers through video calls or needs to use a vpn. In addition, the hotel seemed to have a problem with the key cards commonly not working. I repeatedly had to go to the desk to ask for a new key card which would work for about a day and then stop working, leaving me locked out of my room. For the price of...

"Great location with excellent facilities. We loved the fact the apartment had a washer, with traveling for so long, itʻs great to be able to wash our clothes! Loved the small gym and the safe parking for our car rental, which had access straight into the building via an elevator which made it easy with all our luggage. Would recommend for a stay in central Manchester."

"Absolutely brilliant location- 2 mins from the train station, 3 mins for a night on canal street and 5 minutes walk into town for shopping. Great hotel staff and bar- you can get a free drink at the bar if you don’t need house keeping over the 2 days. Just asked for extra coffee capsules when needed!"

Then offered the same tiny room with a camp bed in it for my teenager! "I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before but this may be my last. We had a room on the second floor, the room and corridor had a v musty smell. The blinds in the room didn’t open properly and the decor in the room looked as though it needed refurbishment. The breakfast choice was ok but the food was lukewarm. An average stay."

"Hotel is conveniently located, it is stunning from the moment you walk in the front door. The atmosphere is welcoming and beautifully themed. We had a room with 2 large double beds which were very comfortable. The room was an excellent size with everything we needed and more. Its stunning, clean, lots of towels, robes, mini fridge, tea making facilities and a lovely choice of toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful."
