Great hotel to explore Krakow
Very nice hotel in a great location - staff super friendly, only disappointment was that there was no bar due to refurbishment (jan-April 2024 I believe) and the breakfast was underwhelming for 20 Euros... would advise walking to a cafe and having breakfast there. Room was large and comfortable with huge TV and great shower

first time at the Radisson in Krakow. When I come to Krakow, I all ways stay at one hotel, a short walk from the train station. It was her idea as she wanted a hotel with a bath tub in the room. Radisson, was farther down the side of old town, a taxi ride with our luggage, It was the best idea all week.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Rooms were clean and modern. Hotel was near a nice park, and short walking distance to the town square. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our room here was very beautiful and spacious! It is also just minutes walk from the Wawel Castle and old town Krakow. We even had to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM and upon request they had breakfast boxes waiting for us.

First of all if you’re driving to krakow, make sure you’re able to park at your hotel. Parking is available at the hotel and very easy to navigate, just request it from the staff and space will be reserved. Hotel overall very close to the major tourist areas as well as shopping. Staff very pleasant. View of wawel castle was great, rooms were clean. We plan on staying there again next year! Dziękujemy!!!

We liked just about every aspect (staff, cleanliness, security, etc.) of our stay at Radisson Blu. The only dislike was the price of the "open bar" breakfast. $23.00 American currency is far to pricy even for a 5-star hotel. Other than that, every other aspect was perfect. Highly recommend.

This was in a central location, easy walking to all all areas. The organised trips use this hotel as a picking up/dropping off point so ideal. Breakfast was typical but did have option for freshly cooked omelettes and poached eggs with hollandaise or avocado which were delicious

The hotel is in a great location. Very close to the old town, the castle, a large shopping centre and the main train station is about 10 minutes walk. The only detractor was the attitude I received from one member of housekeeping. She was rude at times for no reason.

Requested and paid for a superior room overlooking the Old Town and the room allocated had a view that could barely catch a glimpse of the Old Town. However the disappoint did not spoil our vacation due to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

Superb comfort and location for Krakow!
The hotel offers superb levels of comfort. It has a very relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. There’s complementary water and snacks in the lobby area. The staff are very professional and polite. The location is fantastic for its close proximity to the main sights, especially the old town square.
