I loved the friendliness of the staff and the easy check-in and check-out. The room was clean and cozy with a nice bath and shower. There was a TV, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer, kettle and other small amenities that were very useful for our stay. The design was modern and utilitarian. The surrounding area was convenient and we found some lovely little restaurants close by.

"The Niwa remains my favorite hotel in Tokyo. Quiet area but close to Tokyo Dome / LaQua and several stations. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. All non-smoking so it never smells. Beautiful lounge, rooftop lounge, and massage chairs. Couldn’t recommend this place more!"
