When we arrived to the building, our room was still dirty upon check in: dirty towels on bathroom floor, bedsheets we're still dirty from the last occupant... ok, we understand that happens.
When we text the number to see what was going on we received AI responses and waited in the dirty for room for 30 minutes with no actions from the owner. It took us becoming frustrated and asking "what the hell is going on?" to finally receive a phone call from the owner, Simon.
In an effort to displace blame, Simon yelled at us, said that we booked too late in the day, no one is around to clean the room, and said "I want you to leave" falsely claiming we went from "0 to 100" upon receiving his phone call, saying that we had raised our voices and swore at him.
These accusations were not only false but an obvious effort to not take responsibility for the room not being ready at 6:30 pm when the previous guests check out was at 11:00 am. He told us we booked to late in the day (3pm) but 3hrs before we checked in, the room still wasn't clean.
We were treated terribly... were told we would be refunded, but have received nothing yet.
