“Very good hotel anytime.”

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. We had booked a room with two double bed but they out us in a king the first night, However, they made arrangements for the rest of the time to move us to a nicer room with two beds. They picked up the cab fare one time and were always very nice.

“Great Value”

If you don’t mind driving 40 minutes from downtown Chicago, you will find this hotel to be clean, with courteous and friendly staff and just all around a great value. The concierge upgraded our room, the lady who ran the kitchen, insisted we ate without a hurry, even though the kids and we were late for the breakfast schedule. We had a great feeling checking out.

Excellent location. The recepionist was one of the best and most helpful receptionists I have met. The Breakfast was great. Freshly prepared things were offered in a very delightful manner.

“Good hotel”

The room was nice. The fitted sheet was not put on properly and the desk down stairs had no asprin but over all everything was as exspected. Pretty good breakfast too.

“Super Fantastic”

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance of seral fine restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, beautifuly furnished, nicely lighted, and very comfortable. The hot breakfast was delicious. The staff was courteous and helpful. I'll stay there next time I'm in the area and am pleased to recommend it to others.

“Impressed with staff and hotel”

I booked the Holiday Inn Express for my father-in-law and his wife. I checked out the hotel before they arrived for their visit. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to make my in-laws stay as pleasant as possible. They provided a first floor room for them. The continental breakfasts were given rave reviews each day by my in-laws. They spoke of the variety of food each day. They also spoke of the friendliness of the staff when they left and came back to the hotel. I will definitely use this hotel when my in-laws come for a return visit. Thanks for making them comfortable!

“Great place for business”

Stayed here before a few times and it is consistantly a great place to stay.

“A very enjoyable and convenient location.”

The Maid was not very competent. She did not wash or clean the coffee pot. She did not empty out the water in the ice bucket nor did she leave or replenish the coffee for the next day. The front desk was superb and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

“Restaurants all around”

Still renovating but overall it is very nice and well priced. There are 4 or 5 decent restaurants surrounding the hotel and 3 share a parkinglot with it but it is not noisy or too busy. Better than staying down the road at the much more expensive hotels with less to offer outside within walking distance.
