The hotel only booked one of the three rooms we booked on Travelocity. It took four hours and many phone calls to get it resolved. All of the rooms had two twin beds when we had requested queen beds.
Good hotel breakfast. Wanted the bedrooms all with Queens, they could only offer one room with a King and two rooms with two singles.
Travelocity screwed up. We booked three rooms, Travelocity only booked two with the hotel which resulted in about one hour of phone calls before it was fully resolved.
We enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Room is good size and comparable to western standard in style. Service is good. Breakfast is a little weak - missing breakfast meats - bacon or sausages. It is limited in variety (breads, vegetables) but it is fine with us. Adding the meats would make it good enough. The location is a bit far from city center but then the price was good. Taxi is cheap in China. There is a nice restaurant right next to hotel.
Very helpful staff, nice looking lobby, good choice of Chinese food for breakfast (but just toast and jam for western guests).
We had a room on 21st floor facing the main road and it was very noisy so ask for room away from the road.
We wanted to be close to Panda park, but it's still quite far, about half an hour in the taxi. There is a bus stop outside which is handy for the train station if you are planning to go further afield.
Overall, value for money.
