"Id say its cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for. But, tbh....its not that cheap and they certainly are not cheerful. One member of staff tried her best. The others did not. Never saw the manager doing anything work related. It would have helped as the electrics were going out 15 times a night for the first week. Plus some residents felt it necessary to slam doors all hours of yhe night (its a very echoey building) Told staff, she did nothing. Only on week two did they send a makeshift...

"Check in was quick and easy and we were able to store our bags safely while waiting for our room to be ready as we arrived early. The staff in the restaurant and the pool bar were awesome. The pool was clean, very warm. There were not any lounge chairs or chairs with umbrellas right on the beach unfortunately. The waterfront was more of a lagoon. Extremely shallow, warm water. "Hotel was generally ok. Our check in wasn't the smoothest process (despite arriving a day late) as we were taken to the wrong room. Resulting in a walk back up to the reception whilst they sorted this out. This meant our room wasn't ready and we had to wait around 20 mins for them to prepare it. Being in the only premium room in the hotel we expected a little extra treatment from the hotel but this wasn't the case. "Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber jeden samstag ist es recht laut im Zimmer durch die party’s aber an den anderen Tagen recht leise. Sehr schöner strand 1 min zu fuss entfernt. Personal sehr sehr freundlich :) Wir hatten einen balkon auf der veranda direkt im Erdgeschoss da hat man sich etwas beobachtet gefühlt. Die Lage ist super man ist direkt am Geschehen, nahe am Strand und ein 7 Eleven ist auch nur 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt 👍"

"The pool and access to beach front was very convenient. However, our room was directly in front of the bar/breakfast area so from 0715 they had music already playing so it would be difficult to sleep in. The curtains are also light so the rooms were bright early on. There were no PowerPoints near the bedside table and the showers were sandstone flooring, both of which was inconvenient. I would ask for a room away from the bar to have a little more privacy and quietness."
