"This is a very good hotel, clean and newly remodeled (possibly within the last year or so). There is nothing special in no pool or hot tub. It's a very good basic hotel."

"My husband got bitten all over his arms and back by bed bugs. It has been over 10 days and he still can’t get rid of the itch and urge to scratch. He is in pain. He called the hotel directly to let them know about it and got told that they couldn’t do anything because “we had booked the room via Expedia”. This is unacceptable. They have to be held accountable."

"As I entered the room, there was an unpleasant ordor that probably came from the carpet. The room was kinda run down..I really didn't feel comfortable sleeping there..What tipped the scale was the next morning there were roaches crawling all over the bathroom door and walls. I will never come here again"

"Upon check in to my room the television didn’t work no volume I was moved across the hall, the electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work in that room then as I was getting dressed for my day I found out the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Front desk staff came up and couldn’t give me an explanation on why, just said I don’t know it was all just a mess, had to jump through hoops to get my second night cancelled ended up leaving and booking a different room for the night"

"Check in was fast and easy. Cecilia at the front desk was really nice and informative about everything included with our stay. Room was nice and clean, no complaints there. Breakfast was amazing a lot of options, kickback was okay it could’ve been better, but the complimentary drinks are amazing. I also ordered a pizza from the bar and it was fast and tasty. All the staff were really nice. What you get for the price is unbeatable.. Sure, there are “better” and more luxurious hotels but they dont...
