"Restaurant great, good value, staff fantastic. Spa great, staff amazing. Gym only used once was adequate. Reception not helpful. Street noise ridiculous from a local bar, open past when it should have been, screaming every night- 11.30- 2am weekdays, past 4 am on weekends. Staff wouldn’t relocate me, despite me paying for a suite. "
