"This is an amazing hotel. Located inside a top winery, it has only 5 guest rooms which are quite large and beautifully furnished. The place is about 15 Km from the city of Carmelo so it is quiet and excellent to relax. The winery produces some outstanding wines and carry their own brand of Cognac, dulce de leche, cheeses and other goods. All are delicious and of top quality. The restaurant is very good. A special mention is deserved for the tasting menu with wine pairing. Not quite a Michelin star restaurant but it has the potential. The chef on that particular evening was outstanding. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they took care of all our needs. With only a couple of details they could have a 10 rating. They are really minor but for this review they get a 9.6 I would definitely stay there again."
