"We only stayed for a night during Indy but everything went well. Rooms were big and clean. Included all necessities. Hotel was well kept and staff helpful. Decent breakfast: we missed the happy hour (that included complimentary door and drink) but I was suprised this was offered. Overall a nice stay."

"The breakfast included was nice. The room was clean. The drain in the tub and the sink backed up and pooled water. The indoor pool was very cold- my son would not even swim which is rare."

"Some of the front desk staff are rude and not customer friendly which is rare to find in Carmel. We’ll give it one more chance. We like where the property is located but the hotel management should have a better costumer service traing program."

"I liked everything about the hotel, except for a couple of breakfast items. The bacon and the omelettes were tasty and there was a variety of breakfast choices. My only complaint was the sausage gravy was awful and the biscuits and gravy should not be served to guests, unless the quality is significantly improved. Also, there were no hash browns or potatoes offered at breakfast."

"Our stay here was for a quick weekend work trip. Our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly because there were dozens of ants crawling around. We notified staff and we were moved to another room. Breakfast was ok. Our girls enjoyed having the gym to themselves most of the day. Parking was free. WiFi was good. Overall stay 3/5 due mostly to ants being in the room."

"Room was clean but the AC wouldn’t work. Had to call the front desk and they had to call maintenance. staff was helpful but I probably wouldn’t stay again."
