Welcoming was nice. Staff was friendly. However, the room was a little bit old and the breakfast would have been nicer. The main problem is I gave my car to hotel valet and later that day I realized that my left doors where crushed by another car during parking.

We cannot provide both hot and cold at the same time in every room upon request. Unfortunately, there is a problem in achieving complete satisfaction, especially since the spring weather that coincides with the period you stay is hot during the day and cool at night. Our hotel has both a heating system and a cooling system, but unfortunately such situations occur during seasonal transitions.We see your experiences as an opportunity to provide better service to our valued guests and we take care with precision to recognize the changes in the quality of service we offer during your next visit to our hotel by focusing too much on all the negatives we convey. This hotel is not 5 star! I tried to swim on 2 occasions the pool was full of children who couldn’t swim despite notice saying no non swimmers in pool they were supervised by 2 teenagers without hats! The changing rooms were full of women who were not changing but chatting and scrolling on their phones, I could not even sit down to dry my feet NO ROOM . The first shower was broken the second uncontrollable I had to go back to my room to shower and change. I found the lack of information in the room annoying as we didn’t know where anything was ,no room service menu or details of “HEALTH CLUB”. In short this hotel’s location is fantastic, rooms are good but restaurant not luxurious and swimming pool and changing facilities are in need of complete renovation.

Great location
Great location right opposite Kayseri Castle and the Bazaar. Hotel is lovely, rooftop restaurant and bar had great food and was very reasonably priced. Sauna facilities were not open due to covid. The pool was available but it is one depth and I couldn’t touch the floor anywhere (I am 1.65m/ 5ft 6in) so definitely not suitable for children/non-swimmers.

The hotel is wonderful. We order standard room , but the hotel give us rooms in the 10 floor with wonderful vew of the iced mountain. 5he staff is so polite and helpful, and at check out they give us untill 15:00 to make check out instead of 12

WORST HOTEL IN TURKEY! No joke.
Extraordinarily disappointed with this hotel. I normally stay in hostels/low budget hotels... and I would rather stay at hostel than the Wyndham Grand Kayseri. My stay at the Wyndham was supposed to be a splurge-- but of the 14 hotels I have stayed at in Turkey, this one is dead last. It took me 45 minutes for me to check-in because the Front Desk gave away my room. I had reserved a room with a king size bed, but they gave me a handcap room with two twin beds. Since it was a handicap room, I couldn't even stand up and take a shower (handsfree) and there was 1 inch of standing water in the entire bathroom. The meager shower curtain/rod broke as I tried to use it. The phone in the room didnt work so I had to hike down to the reception twice for the wifi password. The wifi in the room didnt work (even after my two visits to the reception). My "incredible" view faced a back-alley way, while my other friends had views of the castle. My reservation said "breakfast was available;" but no one told me I would get charged 60 TL for the 2 pieces of bread I consumed. I WAS HORRIFIED WITH THIS HOTEL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Nice big hotel
Very nice large hotel.staff will do anything for you. We feel the hotel needs updating. Wifi did not work.when question the reception.they said to try this and that. If it did not work we will send bell boy.at 11.00 i dont think so. This day and age it should work like the other hotels i stayed in.

Lovely room with great staff. We lost our case in transit and they helped locate it and get it sent on. Only downside was WiFi was poor

Above 12 is considered as adult
All was well, I had one problem during check-in, where they indicated that above 12 years of age is considered as adult in their policy, whereas in hotels.com below 18 is considered as child. We didnot have to pay extra at the end, but still the issue coming up was a bit disturbing.
