"Nice newly renovated rooms, large with kitchen. Only complaint was we could hear the room above us pretty well. Not on the motel as much so still 5 stars but worth noting."

"The lighthouse Inn is very convenient to Long Sands, only 10 minute walk to the beach. Has a pool and hot tub on site. The room we had reserved was in the carriage house and was a good size with a full bathroom. The door to the deck was a nice addition with seating. I didn’t realize the room was on the 3rd floor and only accessed by outside stairs which was a challenge with our suitcases as one set was quite narrow. Coming down the stairs from the 3rd floor there is a sharp turn and a big step...

"Room was clean, Staff had this service as the Staff were pleasant but did not have a clue of any questions we asked. Front desk was very inexperienced and not very well informed of the area. Website deceiving stating the beach was 0.3 of a mile away. It was more like a 15/20 walk to get to a convenient safe portion of the beach without climbing over a zillion huge (extremely dangerous) rocks to get to the water. Pool was nice, but website mentioned an outdoor pool bar. The bar was nowhere...

"This property has changed, we have been coming here for years, but this time, we noticed it’s getting too corporate, very crowded with weddings and parties, they charge you 20 dollars a day resort fee and also a liquor tax, no more room service, We won’t be staying there anymore, and the prices for the rooms are outrageous"

"We’ve stayed at the Grand numerous times. The staff is very helpful and we have always found the rooms to be clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to the village, Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Our only nitpick is the tv channels are quite limited."

"everything was good for breakfast except the bacon.No taste to the bacon for 5.00 for a side.The pancakes and waffle was very good. The beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The tub and shower were very clean."

"This trip was a last minute chance to get away for our anniversary. We wanted a nice place right out on the water. The Norseman exceeded our hopes. The room was immaculate, no odd odors or stains. The staff were exceptionally pleasant. And the location was all that I had hoped for. What a wonderful weekend we had, thank you so much!"
