"We had a problem in the shower door the first day we checked in and the receptionist said that it is impossible to fix on Sunday then Monday they removed the door and now we ended up in a open shower that was filling the bathroom with water .
The hotel is not furnished as a four star but as a rest house of 2 or 3 stars.
Staff friendly but the state of hotel is renovated in bad shape like the elevator smells and balcony with a broken chair.
I would not spend a this amount on a stay at these...

"This was a perfect hotel for exploring Nice!
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Maria and John. They provided me with extra coffee pods and milk and were always there to answer question. My room was quiet, clean and cool, my three most important things in a hotel."

"The guest in room five somehow opened our door at 11 o’clock at night to room four. Opened the door about 6 inches, realized it was not their room and closed the door. These two rooms (four and five) were in an alcove that was closed off by a door, and it was totally dark in the alcove . You could not see the room number and I suppose the other guest didn’t know which room he was trying to open.

"Avoid this hotel unless you are looking for the bare minimum. The stucture is outdated and offers minimal comforts. The biggest downside is the noise: night an day continous street noise as the windows do not isolate from it. In order to shower you have to time exactly how you pass the door to get into the showe stall. The toilet is placed alongside the wall. The wifi is at best spotty. Even when it works, it is very slow. The whole hotel atmosphere is honesty sad."

"We liked the hotel overall. It was located centrally and close to the metro. You could walk 5 minutes to the train and go anywhere. The room was nice but had a smell every time we entered the room but then you get used to it I guess after a bit. Breakfast was really good - they will make hot breakfast for you. Initially it seemed the staff weren’t very helpful as we were there early and requested an early checkin but they couldn’t really accommodate until it was 2 pm and we had to sit outside...

"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was cleaned regularly, the air conditioning worked properly, and the terrace offered an amazing view. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the location was extremely convenient—just steps away from the Croisette Boulevard and the train station, yet there was no noise from the station.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout my stay.
