"This property was wonderful. The location was excellent. It felt safe. The property and rooms were extremely clean. The rooms were spacious and great for families. It had pools, a great restaurant, and beautiful scenery from your balcony. This is one of the best properties that I have ever booked. We will stay here again."

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"The hotel property was clean and well decorated. The welcoming desk clerk was great, friendly and customer oriented. He was there for the whole short visit. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was great, lots of options both cold and hot. The breakfast staff (young man) was very nice and friendly, he kept the food in good supply. The breakfast area was large and spacious, very clean and modern. Lots of parking. Check in and out was smooth. I would recommend this hotel."

"The property definitely looks better online. It is a small property in the middle of 2 bigger hotels. The hot tub was empty & the pool needed to be clean. Shower pressure was terrible. There was also an odor in the room & hallways. Mildew or an aged odor. It was just ok. Had to make the best of it. Definitely not what I expected."

"I loved this resort. Me and my husband were amazed at how beautiful the room was and how spacious it was. The balcony view was breathtaking. The pools and jacuzzis were awesome. The only thing I thought really needed some improvement were the beds. They were lumpy. They had a pillow top bed cover on the bed but it would not stay in place, I also thought the TV would have been more enjoyable with a Roku or fire stick."

"Everything was wonderful except that my room smelled like an ashtray. I just bought some Febreeze and sprayed down the rugs, furniture, and beds and it was great. Lots of fun stuff for the kiddos and we had a wonderful time. My only suggestion would be for CannonBallz to be open more during the week. They didn't open til evening and for those of us that don't want to leave the resort, we had to order door dash. "
