"The best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Decided to do the extra experiences at the restaurants which was delicious. The chef came out and did a wonderful presentation.
We also did two excursions. One for Isla Mujeres and a Deep Water Fishing. The fish we caught during our fishing trip was cooked by the chef just for us. We had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was very attentive and helpful."

"Lo bueno del hotel cierras areas de comida como el restaurante italiano , cerca de la alberca están sirviendo quesadillas y tacos de diferentes guisados muy ricos
En cuanto el hotel para el precio que tienen por noche es demasiado para las instalaciónes, cuartos del hotel definitivamente necesitan renovar la mayor parte de las instalaciones solo te cobran por la ubicación del hotel
Pero lo demás no lo recomiendo el personal muy atento pero si buscas comodidad y áreas de alberca es demasiada...

"We had a good time. The pool is nice. The beach was small but they kept it free of sea weed. It's an older hotel so the wear and tear is visible. The on site restaurant is ok however the selection is limited. You are quite a ways out from the coco bongo area. But the busses stop within a few blocks if u don't Uber. We didn't get what we expected but we weren't completely let down."

"My stay at the Royalton was lovely and the staff were really helpful while there! If you are looking for fun and relaxtion as one, I would recommend. Upon leaving though, I have been trying to get in touch with someone since my refundable deposit still has not returned. I called and was then transferred back to the operator. Billing and accounts department has a full VM so there is no one to help. Again, loved my stay but it would be great if post travels, they had better communication."

"A very clean hotel with good food and very friendly staff. The staff continuously walked around with smiles and were very friendly to us, guests, and appeared to have fun amongst themselves. All in all, it appeared they were genuinely happy to work there.
The staff kept cleaning the pool side and restrooms during the day, the rooms were cleaned daily and mini bar (included in the all inclusive) was restocked daily as well.
