"After travelling from Perth to Melb for uni commitments and rushing to make the 5pm check-in deadline (otherwise needing to give a $250 key deposit as the couldn’t “vet” me)-we arrived at our apartment around 7pm to find another group already staying in the room we had been allocated keys to.
As three women in an unfamiliar town, this was an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe situation. It is very concerning that two separate groups could be given access to the same apartment.

"It was windy and rainy when we flew into Melbourne but we were able to get to the hotel easily and most of the walk was undercover which was good. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the Virgin luggage carousel to the hotel.
Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable and we got a free shuttle back to the airport at 03:30 the next morning which was handy, given the weather hadn't improved. We'd stay there again if we had a very early flight out of Tullamarine."

"Staff were helpful, room okay did not request king bed asked for a double booking made through Expedia. Room right near the lift which I know someone has to have but not ideal. "Perfekte Lage in Melbourne. Sehr stylisches Boutique Hotel - vielleicht etwas zu sehr… Super sind die großen Zimmer und Russell, der Hotelhund. Die ständige Musikbeschallung traf nicht unserem Geschmack und es könnte etwas mehr Licht - vor allem Bad (beleuchteter Kosmetikspiegel wäre super) - geben.
