"The WORST stay I've ever had. The hotel stinks like mildew, the manager is rude and unhelpful, the air went out in our room and we had to switch rooms after midnight with not even a "sorry for the inconvenience". The cleaning staff woke us up by shouting down the hallway. They ignored Expedia when they called and emailed to address our complaints. Doesn't tell you that you also have to pay 60$ for parking and that's THE ONLY option besides finding public parking that charges a lot. Worst stay ever, I've never even left a review for anything before until this disgusting place. The manager is awful and will be no help to you."

"My room was very dirty, but being that this was a last minute accommodation I was forced to make I was unable to change rooms. The valet services are terrible. The young men have no sense of urgency, and was even brought the wrong vehicle."

"Hotel was clean and appeared nice. Beds have lights under them and lights up even when a person rolls in bed, lighting up the entire room. Kids ordered “loaded” french fries. Apparently loaded is an up charge for them to put ketchup on them. Pool bar service was terrible, late to open, and no product and staff not helpful. $30 a night for parking and an added $50 destination charge per night. Was hoping for it to be a better experience but sadly it was not."

"The property is older and not what we had expected from a Marriott hotel. Went to breakfast at 8:15am and they were out of oatmeal, eggs, yogurt and muffins. We would choose a different Marriott hotel next visit."
