The property was in cool location. Staff nice. Lobby bar food was good. The construction of the rooms were not thought about. Need towel hooks. Room is very small . Refrigerator too small. Rooms should think about microwaves. The shower was not clean at all. I wouldn’t stay again.

Kudos to the bartender. He saved the day. Everything else was poor, lack luster, sub-par cleanliness. Previous reviews were correct. Unfriendly staff, with exception of the bartender, issues with toilets, no internet, phones not working, bath tub appearing half cleaned, room smelled like mildew. I was not pleased with what I got, for the type of money that was spent. Luckily we were there only 2 days. Beware.

1. No hot water for the shower. I would have been better staying at Motel 6 2. Rude front desk staff. Was awakening for me. 3. Requested for 2 water bottles from housekeeping, theyforgot about it. Never delivered at my room. 4. Loud music at 2am from roof top bar. I did not report at front desk, because the staff were not friendly. 5. No cleaning service done at my room. I can go on....Overall a horrible place to stay. IMHO.

I’ve stayed at many locations in Atlanta. This location is now on my top list to stay. Just celebrated my birthday/new years and it was amazing, staff was amazing and welcoming. I loved everything about this hotel but the only issue that stood out to me was the hallways having an unpleasant sewage smell everything else was top tier. I’ll be back in a couple of months

The check-in staff was wonderful as usual!!!! We stayed here New Years Eve so we could just go up to the rooftop to bring in the new year. However, we were told if we did not have a ticket to be up there, it was $55/person, which would include a buffet (that never appeared)!!!! Craziness. What ticket??? We weren't informed of any ticket. We were already patronizing the hotel but to pay an additional $110 to be on the rooftop was insane. We just wanted somewhere safe where we didn't have to leave the hotel to enjoy ourselves. And truth be told, it was completely dead up there so we left for a little bit and came back for the rooftop to be shut down way earlier than what we were told!! Total Doop!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s in such a convenient location literally walking distance to Lenox Square and multiple nightclubs and restaurants. Finding the hotel was a breeze while using Uber and the check-in process were so seamless. I will definitely be back.

Front desk staff super nice, A+ but valet was a hot mess. Not attentive accept for one girl who was really good customer service wise. Others kinda waited to be approached by customers. Room was moderately clean. Stains on the duvet, dust on the main table presumably there for eating. They did not program the Television with your personal room info so you didn’t have a personalized experience digitally like one normally would in these Marriott hotels

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The hotel itself is picture perfect. Not only that, the rooms were clean and inviting. The top two must haves for me are clean sheets and a clean bathroom. This hotel provided both for me. Although, during my second day, when I stepped out of the hotel and cleaning services came, the person who cleaned my room evidently used the bathroom and left behind a brown stain in my toilet. One I am certain I did not leave. And no one else stayed in my room. That turned me off a bit. I would still come back to this hotel, but the fact that someone else used my toilet while I had that room, and did not even have the decency to clean up behind themselves was gross. I informed the front desk upon my checkout. And the woman who assisted me was friendly and appreciated me addressing my concern.
