I give this hotel 5 stars. It's not a 5-star hotel in the official hotel rating system. Not really. But it's a great place to stay on your way to somewhere else. I enjoyed it and I will be back. Everything was there to make your stay comfortable. The check-in was easy and quick. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, functional, with enough space not to feel crowded. The breakfast was nice (continental). It's kid-friendly. Plenty of food options a short walk away. A lovely place overall.

Room was very small for a double! The headboard had a gap between the bed and the bottom so kept banging my head every time I moved!! The room was very basic but the breakfast was nice enough

Good location
Good location on a shopping park with lots of restaurants open until late. Secure gated parking. Only negative was nobody looked after the breakfast area so as food ran out we had to ask the receptionist to top up all the dishes.

Air con deliberately decommisioned
Used this hotel several times as a one night stop over. This time however, we arrived to find the air conditioning not working. Having quized the staff as to why we were expected to sleep in a room with no air con at over 30 degrees C we discovered that the system had not been working for a whole month. The truth is of course that the system had been switched off at the expense the comfort of the guests and to improve the coffers of the Accor Group. Outrageous

Great pit stop
AC was awful. Could not adjust it and it was noisy. Apart from that, it was fine and we will use it again but ask for a AC to be better, or at least less noisy.

Not as pleasant as previous stays. Location is convenient. Idiotic headboard, television had about 1 in 10 channels working. Overall very tired. Breakfast not as adequate as it used to be. No where near as good as Ibis Styles Troyes or Reims.

Just a 1 night stay. Room was fine with a large bed which was very comfy, so were the pillows. Shower was powerful so great. Breakfast was good with everything you needed. Generally a good stay.

Convenient, clean, friendly travellers stopover.
Convently situated an hour south of Calais, close to the motorway, as an overnight stop ahead of your journey. Inexpensive. Decent breakfast. Clean room, but functional, its a travellers stop not a 5 star hotel! Pleasant staff. Will stay there again.

Stayed at three Ibis hotels in a week. This was definetly the best. Lovely breakfast, nice layout. Bathroom could have been nicer.

Worst Ibis stay encountered
On arrival we were allocated a twin room but a double was booked. We were moved immediately. The double room did not have working Air con. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke!!! Only cereal was coco pops, other than children who likes these? Had to order bread roll or Croissant evening before, not knowing what was for breakfast. Only cheese and yoghurt, plus jam. Orange juice was nice plus tea and coffee.

Really bad service
The sink in my room was leaking i told every day at the reception desk and after 4 days it was still leaking. Yes they offered to change the room but I declined it because my luggage was opened Really bad service and they never said sorry

Good location. But a foul odour from the shower drain meant we had to keep the bathroom door closed all night, and there was no working aircon.Very stuffy at night.

Stopover en route to Champagne
Not the most glamorous location but convenient stopover for along drive. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly, helpful staff and very flexible check-in
