"The bed was comfortable. The sink was fine. The blow dryer was broken. The carpet was filthy. The bathtub Spicket was leaking. The showerhead was very old and not operating properly. Said it was pet friendly and free when I booked it and they charged me $35 for the dog. Also, when it picked the room, they showed the room with a Jacuzzi tub and they did not have a room with a Jacuzzi tub there. So it’s pretty disappointing."

The following were marked ‘Out of order’: 1st floor women’s room, 2nd floor ice machine, and something else. Black mold on ice machine. Lobby not mopped 3 days. Footprints on walls in elevator. Miscellaneous stain on mattress in room. Dirty dishes in lobby 3 days. Hallways smelled of pot. Overall should have spent the extra $20 for someplace else."

"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."

"On one occasion, a maintenance worker opened my bedroom door while I was resting. After the incident I informed the reception staff, they changed my room because of a leak in my room To my surprise, in the next room they moved me to, there were so many mosquitoes that I couldn't rest."

"They allow pets and the dog nearby barked until very late at night with no intervention by the staff. The "Happy Hour" consisted of Beer on Tap for those who drink beer, but nothing else. The hotel is getting very run down with damaged doors, flooring and walls."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62.
