There was one front desk personnel who was not pleasant. Always seemed be angry with me. Never acknowledged me until she had to. It was the older lady who checked me in. All of the other personnel were as friendly as could be. Very nice and pleasant.

The only thing missing is an elevator. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't leave a review on that. The room was very clean.

My grandson found someone's pill on the floor, so the room wasn't vacuumed very well before we got to the room. Guess they don't come into your room to do anything unless you ask. And we were there for two nights.Most of the outlet's would not charge my phone, and the lamp by the bed did not work.

The outlets and the lamp are controlled by the switch by the door. Please in the future let us know right away about any issues you have in your room so we can make it right. I went to eat breakfast at 8:15 hours were from 6-9:00. There was nothing available and all I got from the manager was I’m sorry. I paid for a room that offered hot breakfast and got none. A refund is in order.

Loved everything about our stay.
Boarders Inn was perfect for our stay. We were going to travel on for the night until we drove through Broken Bow and saw that the town square had food vendors in the park. We found out they do this Thursday during the summer. We had a nice evening in the park and found friendly locals. The Inn was very comfortable and breakfast was also great.

Nice quiet location. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate, typical of this size hotel. Coffee was marvelous! Staff was courteous. Would stay here again.
