"Room was clean but very, very small. The car park has always been a problem but hotel was obviously pretty busy so no parking spaces left. I had to park down the road, 3-4 minute walk back to the hotel with my bag to get checked in. Breakfast buffet is a plus...would stay again as reasonable standard but there are more comfortable places to stay"

"Proper stay for a night or two. Very friendly welcome at the bar. Room was recently renovated with a good mattress and clean bathroom. Improvement points: Hallway to the rooms smells to smoking. Service at breakfast could be improved, the lady seemed in a bad mood."

"The view of the room is excellent, facing the sea. We can watch the sunset from our room and recorded a hyperlapse video of the sunset which was magnificent. There was a problem with the shower: only hot water came out. The receptionist came up to address the problem. The plumber was called but could not come until the next day. "A busy local pub with simple clean basic rooms, ‘Hotel’ is a bit rich. Overwhelmed by tourism on. Friday night with a heaving bar, live music and constant stream of people looking for supper, it’s heroic staff were great. As a resident I was found a very late sitting supper which was expensive and of modest quality. The rooms have cardboard walls. Breakfast was well served but again very modest, no fresh fruit, yoghourt one waitress. Clean, good staff, but poor value for money"
