"When we turned down the bed to go to sleep we saw a redish/Brown stain on the sheet covering the matress.My mother who travels to northlake for a medical treatment every three months is very stricted when it comes to cleanlyness and was very upset about finding the stain so I went and told the front desk that there was a stain on our sheet he replyed in a cold manner saying her would be up in a little while to take a look. "Bathroom is large - that's the positive. But that's pretty much it. Dark rooms, smelt musty - definitely needed airing so managed to crack open a small window facing onto a concrete wall. There are no facilities. It's basically an expensive bed. Breakfast is offsite at a local cafe, food was good. Staff were friendly but had to prompt them to give info about breakfast details, if there is an onsite gym etc (there isn't) otherwise would never have known."
