"Nice stay."

"The hotel is very clean & quiet. Front desk staff is friendly. The housekeeping staff seemed anxious for us to leave since they knocked on our door to ask when we were leaving at 9:15. Breakfast was just boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy & coffee. The price of the stay is reasonable, but expected more since all of the reviews were so positive."

"Michael was a great help, I guess the room key creator was not working. Michael walked us up to the room, then when the system came back up, he brought us our room keys. This room was on the 6th floor. Thank you again Michael! Excellent service!"

"Properly grounds and staff were beautiful. The only issue was the hot water it took a long time to get hot and it didn’t get very hot. The towels and bed linen were soft and comfortable for showering and sleeping. I was in a suite and I would stay again in that exact same room,"

"My stay at TownePlace Suites Tuscaloosa University Area was unfortunately very disappointing. The first night, I noticed a slight odor coming from the bed but tried to overlook it. By the next morning, I could no longer ignore it and requested either fresh sheets or housekeeping assistance. Since housekeeping was unavailable at the time, I picked up clean sheets and changed the bed myself. When I removed the sheets, I saw that the mattress protector appeared clean and had no visible stains or...

"The carpet in the bedrooms was disgusting, bleach stained, and torn in several areas. Everything towel we had in the room had multiple hairs in them"
